What is Bill My Oriental Trading Account?

Customers who currently have a net terms account will be able to place an Internet order using Bill My Oriental Trading Account as the method of payment.  To sign up for net terms, please call Customer Service at 1-800-228-0475 for assistance. 

How do I sign up?

You will be asked to complete a credit application.  Please call Customer Service at 1-800-228-0475 for assistance. 

How long does it take?

The application process takes approximately 10 business days.

Who is eligible for net terms on the web?

Schools, Churches and Businesses can sign up for a net terms account.  Individuals are not eligible for net terms on the web.

Who do I contact if I'm having difficulty placing my order?

How do I add/delete/update authorized users or change my billing address?

To make changes to your account, you must send in the changes on company letterhead using one of the methods below.

What information is needed to be an authorized web user?

The Church, School, or Business must submit the request on letterhead.  The request must include:  A request to add an authorized user, new authorized user's first name, last name and e-mail address.  The request must be made by an existing authorized user. 

Can I use a credit card on my net terms web account if I don't want to charge my order? 

Yes. Major credit cards, PayPal, and Bill Me Later are accepted as payment.

How do I set up the account to require a purchase order?

This is done when establishing the net terms account.  Please call Customer Service at 1-800-228-0475 for more details.  

The checkout page doesn't give me the option to charge my account.  What happened?

You must be signed into your Net Terms account in order to have the option available.

Can I use certificates/gift cards on my web account?

All promotional gift cards and certificates may be redeemed online.

Can I use a deferred billing keycode on my web account?

Deferred billing on web orders with net terms is not available.

I haven't used my account in over 15 months.  How can I get net terms reinstated?

How will I be notified if my organization is accepted or denied net terms?

You will receive an email or letter informing you of our decision.  Our decision will be communicated to you within 10 business days.

My session timed out. Do I have to start over or just log in again?

You will need to log in again, please follow the log in prompts.
